Children's Mercy Family Health Partners ("CMFHP") recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of our members and visitors to our website while permitting us to conduct legitimate business by providing information of interest to our members and visitors. Our privacy policy is stated below.

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on the CMFHP website and when you use services provided by CMFHP. An Internet Protocol (or "IP") address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you request an e-mail or a webpage from another computer on the internet.
