Community and Provider Advisory Council
Children's Mercy Family Health Partners (CMFHP) wants to know how we are doing in your eyes! We invite you to join our Community and Provider Advisory Council.Community members, advocates, providers, and members are all welcome. Meetings last about 90 minutes and are held in convenient locations in Kansas City, MO; Johnson County, KS; Topeka, Bolivar and Wichita. Refreshments are provided.
Meeting topics include:
- descriptions of our care management programs
- more information on the benefits available to CMFHP members
- legislative information that affects low-income people in both states
- time for attendees to share upcoming events and information
