Owned by Children's Mercy Hospital and Clinics, Children's Mercy Family Health Partners is a non-profit organization and the only provider-owned Medicaid managed care organization in Kansas or Missouri. We provide low-cost or no-cost health care coverage through contracts with the State of Missouri MO HealthNet program and the State of Kansas HealthWave program.

With over a decade of Medicaid managed care experience, we are the largest provider of managed care services in the State of Kansas and in the Kansas City, Missouri region. We're pleased to say, more people choose Family Health Partners than any other health plan in the regions we serve.

Family Health Partners provides many services to our members, including:

• Choice of a Primary Care Provider (PCP) from a large network of providers,
• A call any-time Nurse Advice line, providing access to live nurses for health care advice,
• FirstTouch OB Program Care Managers to educate and guide members throughout their pregnancy,
• Award winning Asthma Disease Management program,
• Obesity/Weight Management program,
• Wellness Program to help members stay healthy and get preventive services,
• ADHD Education Program,
• Care Management and much more!
